questions
Can men also be supported?
Yes, men can also be supported.
This is not a problem at all in individual coaching.
Our group offers for participants from Muslim countries are gender-segregated. There are therefore women's groups and men's groups.
We work with Ukrainians in mixed-gender groups.
How does funding work in rural areas?
Our offer is particularly suitable for rural areas. Because there are often mobility problems there. Buses do not always run and when they do, they do not run at the times that would be necessary. Also, groups of the "right" type do not always come together, which can lead to considerable waiting times.
How do you solve childcare?
Children are no problem for us. Children can be present at the start of the coaching session. We adapt to this by organizing the breaks individually and flexibly, for example. As the coaching session progresses, we help to organize childcare.
How can participants take part without technology?
Our participants receive an iPad with Internet from us. The device is handed over by a consignor. Technical instruction is provided by our specialist staff - initially by telephone, then online. As a rule, we use staff who can help in the participant's native language. Don't worry, this always works. There are no technical or language requirements for participants. We don't expect any IT skills either. It's quite simple.
